Puma Baby Instructions/Operations
1.Power on/off:Open the back cover, put one high drain 18650 battery in correct way into the device and finally close the back cover. The device can be powered on or off by pressing the fire button 5 times which the OLED screen shows “Vapor Storm” logo or “SYSTEM OFF” simultaneously.
2.Power/Temperature Lock&Unlock :
Press the “+” and “-” simultaneously to lock or unlock the “+” and “-” , you can still vape with the power or temperature you settled.
3.180 Degree turn over of the screen:
Press the “+” and fire button simultaneously, the content in OLED screen will be turned over for 180 degrees.
4.Intelligent Auto Sleep:
The OLED screen will shut off automatically if there is no operation in 15 seconds.
5.Vaping:
When the device is powered on, long press the fire button to take a puff.
6.Charging:
Connect to charging port, the battery level is respectively displayed on the screen.
7.Switch vaping modes:
Quickly click the power button 3times to change from power mode to three different temperature control mode (TEMP).
There are 3 Temperature control modes: NI/TI/SS, press “+” or “-” to select the mode you want, press fire button to confirm.
Please note that, in the Ti mode must be Ti01 Coil, in Ni mode must be Ni200 coil, and in SS mode must be SS316 coil.
8.Power mode(VW):
When set in power mode, the device can support a coil whose resistance is within the range of 0.1ohm-3.5ohm. When the battery voltage is below 2.8V when you are vaping, the power will automatically drop to protect the battery.
9.Adjust wattage:
In this mode, the output wattage can be adjusted from 5W to 80W by pressing “+” to increase or “-” to decrease. Long press “+”or “-” can rapidly increase or decrease the wattage level.
10.Temperature control mode(TC):
Choose NI, TI or SS according to the heating wire you are using.
TC ℉ is degree Fahrenheit and TC ℃ is degree Celsius. The temperature range is 100 ℃ to 315 ℃ or 200℉ to 600℉. When the setting is 315 ℃, press “+” to change to 200℉.
The setting of ℉ and ℃ is a circle like this: 200 ℉ → 600 ℉ → 100 ℃ → 315 ℃ →200 ℉. Each press of “+” or “-” will increase or decrease the temperature setting and long press “+” or “-” can rapidly increase or decrease the temperature level.
11.Over puffing Protection:
Each time when vaping time exceeds 10 seconds, the output shuts off automatically with “OVER 10S” display on the screen.
12.Atomizer Short circuit & No Atomizer Protection:
When atomizer short circuit occurs or the resistance is lower than 0.075ohm, the screen will display ” _._ _Ω”, meanwhile it also will show ”ATOMIZER SHORT” when you press fire button;
The screen will display “CHECK ATOMIZER” when there is no atomizer connected, not connected well or when the resistance is over 4ohm.
13.Low Battery Protection:
When the voltage of the battery is below 3.2V during idle loading , the screen will display ”LOW BATTERY” when you press the fire button.
14.Temperature Alert:
If the temperature of device is over alert temperature(70℃), the output will shut off automatically and the screen will display ”TOO HOT”. You can continue to vape after it cools down.
